By accessing or using the Anzisha platform ("Service"), operated by Anzisha ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Republic of Tanzania, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Anzisha is an AI-powered business feasibility analysis platform that provides:

• Automated business idea feasibility reports
• A marketplace for listing and discovering business ideas and investment opportunities
• Informational content about business registration, compliance, and operations in Tanzania

3. User Accounts

You must register with a valid Tanzanian mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the laws of Tanzania
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited communications
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without written permission

5. Payments and Refunds

Certain features require payment in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) or other supported payment methods. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed through Selcom, a licensed payment service provider in Tanzania. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for successfully generated reports that have been viewed or downloaded.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Feasibility reports generated by Anzisha are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, investment, or professional advice. AI-generated analysis is based on available data and algorithmic models, which may not reflect current market conditions with complete accuracy. You should consult qualified professionals (accountants, lawyers, business advisors) before making business or investment decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

7. Marketplace

Anzisha provides a platform for users to list and discover business ideas and investment opportunities. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listing, business idea, or user claim on the marketplace. Transactions and agreements between users are solely between those parties. We are not a party to any investment, sale, or business arrangement. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging in any transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

The Anzisha platform, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is our intellectual property. Business ideas and content submitted by users remain the intellectual property of the submitting user. By posting content on the marketplace, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on our platform. We do not claim ownership of your business ideas.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Tanzanian law, Anzisha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, business opportunities, or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any activity that threatens the integrity of our platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, or through arbitration as agreed by both parties.
